1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- All returns require a proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “Non-Returnable.”

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order on our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing provided photos or other evidence.

7. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or return shipping fees.
